Applied Verdict Ltd is an independent software testing and review organisation registered in England and Wales. We operate the Applied Verdict platform at appliedverdict.com.

We collect information you provide directly: name, company, job title, and email address when you create an account. We also collect usage data including pages visited, search queries, and shortlist/watchlist activity.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to provide the Applied Verdict platform, personalise recommendations, and deliver alerts. With your understanding at account creation, shortlist and watchlist activity may be shared with vendors as aggregate or individual intent signals, unless you subscribe to our privacy tier.
4. Intent data and buyer privacy
Buyers are informed at registration that their activity may be visible to vendors. Buyers who do not want their identity shared can subscribe to a privacy tier that suppresses individual identification while preserving aggregate signals.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us. Assessment and review data is retained as part of the public record.
